Experience: Since 2017 I've been working as a Hotel Manager, which means nearly a decade of hands-on experience dealing with people, the good, the bad, and everything in between. Availability: I'm based in Argentina and have been working remotely since 2020. My role is entirely objective-based with no fixed hours, so I can genuinely adapt to whatever shifts or peak times the Spanish chat needs, including late nights and weekends. I'm not looking to moderate as a side hobby. I want to build this into my daily routine long-term.
Why I'd be a good fit: My time in hospitality taught me that moderation done well is invisible. Users feel the positive atmosphere without noticing the work behind it. It's not about policing, it's about keeping the space somewhere people actually want to be. I'm already an active user of the Spanish chat, I know how it runs, and I know the difference between someone venting and someone genuinely causing problems.
If you pull up my chat history, you'll see that roughly 90% of my messages are me answering other players questions. I remember being new and asking something that felt obvious to everyone else and getting ignored. So I make a point of responding to exactly those questions, the ones regulars scroll past because they've seen them a hundred times. That mentality is something I'd bring into the role directly.

Esta guía tiene como objetivo mostrar de manera simple y efectiva como depositar Cripto, en este caso USDT cambiando ARS en la billetera RIPIO y depositarlo a Stake.
Hay varios tutoriales pero este va a ser conciso y simple.
Primer paso: (Cuenta en RIPIO)
1. Crearse una cuenta en Ripio (descargan la app desde Play Store / App Store (iOS).
2. Colocar datos verdaderos y validar identidad (ya que realizan transferencias de dinero)
Segundo paso: (DEPOSITAR PESOS EN RIPIO)
1. Depositar pesos en Ripio.
2. Pasos en la app: - Depositar, Pesos Argentinos, ahí les aparece un CVU / Alias.
3. Transfieren el monto elegido.
Tercer paso: (COMPRAR USDT EN RIPIO)
1. Una vez tengan los pesos argentinos acreditados en su cuenta van a: 
- Comprar. Seleccionan Usar: ARS , Recibir en USDT.
- Eligen monto. Continuar y CONFIRMAR.
- Con esto COMPRAN LOS USDT y se les acredita en RIPIO
Cuarto paso: (COPIAR DIRECCIÓN USDT EN STAKE)
1. En Stake en el logo de billetera seleccionan:
- Depositar, Criptos, USDT.
