I wish I had a bonus to cover the loss, I lost so much

I’ve been a loyal and active user with a current total wager of over $265,000 and I’m currently sitting on a heavy loss. In the past weeks alone, I’ve wagered over $120,000 with a clear negative outcome. My VIP level is Platinum I, and I'm close to Platinum II, yet the bonuses I receive seem quite limited and inconsistent compared to others with similar or even lower volume.
I’m reaching out to ask if there's anything you could do to help balance things out — whether it's a special bonus, a review of my account activity, or just a little support after this rough period.

Looks fair to me. I, on the other hand, have been getting too much money from bonuses and my wallets can't handle it! (Quite similar percentage to your's)

From what I’ve read around here, the bonus percentage should be around 0.9%–1.1% for this level of wagering, and if there’s a loss, some extra support might apply.
Based on these numbers, do you guys think the bonus amount I received is fair? Or should I ask my host for a review?
