How much time on average do you spend on chat every day?
I actively spend around 8 to 14 hours daily on chat, depending on the work and need. I’m highly flexible and can dedicate even more time when required to support the community.
Can you briefly explain what the job of a moderator is?
A moderator’s job is to ensure the chat remains a positive, respectful, and rule-abiding space. This includes guiding users, answering questions, enforcing community rules, removing spam or inappropriate content, and encouraging healthy interactions to keep the community smooth and engaging.
Why do you want to become a moderator on this chat?
I'm very active on Stake and truly enjoy helping others. I speak Hindi, Punjabi, and English fluently, which allows me to connect with a wide range of users and make everyone feel welcome.
I have experience working with international clients as a freelance web developer, which has taught me the importance of professionalism, communication, and community support. I believe my calm approach, multilingual skills, and dedication make me a great fit for this role.
I'm not just applying to be a moderator. I'm applying to be someone who helps uplift the community, ensure fairness, and make Stake a better place for everyone.
Have you ever been warned, muted, or banned?
Yes, I was banned once in the past, and I take full responsibility for it. Since that incident, I’ve followed the rules strictly and have maintained clean, respectful behavior. That experience taught me a lot, and I’m fully committed to upholding community guidelines and supporting others in doing the same.
Have you ever been a moderator on any other platform?
Not officially, but I have over 3 years of experience as a freelancer and web developer, where I regularly managed live chat support with global clients. I’ve resolved client issues, answered technical questions, and handled high-pressure communication calmly and professionally ,all qualities that align with the responsibilities of a moderator.
Are you prepared to work at nighttime?
Yes, I’m fully prepared and comfortable working night shifts, with availability for 8 to 14 hours daily depending on community needs.
