I wanted to ask a few detailed questions about the Moderator role on Stake, since I'm genuinely interested in the position and would like to better understand how it works. ❓Here are my main questions: What is the official procedure for applying as a Moderator? Is there a form or specific thread to fill out? Should we just reply to forum announcements when openings are posted? How is the selection process carried out? Who reviews the applications? How long does it usually take to receive a response? If selected, how will we be contacted? Will the team reach out via email or through Live Support chat? What exactly are the roles and responsibilities of a Moderator? Besides managing chat and keeping it clean, are there other tasks involved? Are moderators expected to help users in forums or with general platform support? Is there a fixed work schedule? For example, is it an 8-hour or 12-hour shift? Or is it more flexible based on availability? Are there any expectations regarding how many hours per week a mod should commit? Are there moderators assigned to specific languages or communities? For example, is there a dedicated Indian or Hindi/Punjabi-speaking team? Are moderators paid or rewarded for their work? If yes, is it hourly, monthly, or based on activity/performance? I’m sure many other users might be curious about these things too, so I thought it would be helpful to post this publicly for clarity.
