  14. . Stake username: saptakroy2001 2. How much time do I spend on chat daily? I’m on chat pretty regularly — I’d say around 6 to 8 hours a day, sometimes more. I like hanging out, helping people when I can, and just being part of the community vibe. 3. What’s the role of a moderator? A mod’s job is to keep the chat respectful and fun for everyone. That means making sure rules are followed, helping users if they’re confused, stopping spam or fights before they get worse, and just being someone others can count on. It’s not just about warnings — it’s about creating a space where people feel welcome. 4. Why do I want to be a moderator? I’ve been around the chat for a while and really enjoy being part of the Stake community. I’d like to take on a more active role — helping out, keeping the vibe clean, and making sure everyone has a good experience. I think I’d be a solid fit and someone people could trust to keep things in check without overreacting. 5. Ever been warned, muted or banned? Nope, never. I’ve always followed the rules and try to keep things positive in chat. 6. Mod experience? I haven’t been a mod yet, but I was a leader of an esports team for a while, which involved handling a group, dealing with different personalities, resolving issues, and making sure everything ran smoothly. It taught me how to be patient, fair, and communicate well — which I think are all useful skills for a mod too. 7. Okay with working at night? Yes, totally. I’m flexible with my hours and don’t mind helping out during nighttime shifts when needed
