2. I spend around 8 to 12 hours daily on chat, staying active and engaging with the community throughout the day
3. The job of a moderator is to keep the chat clean, respectful, and fun for everyone. A moderator makes sure people follow the rules, removes spam or offensive messages, helps users with questions, and maintains a friendly atmosphere so everyone enjoys being part of the community.
4. I want to become a moderator because I’m very active in the chat and enjoy helping others. I like keeping things organized and friendly, and I believe I can make the chat a better place for both new and existing users. and i definitely will want to earn some extra bucks 
5. No, I’ve never been warned, muted, or banned. I always respect the chat rules and encourage others to do the same.
6. Not officially, but I’ve helped manage and guide conversations in several online communities and group chats, making sure everyone followed the rules and stayed respectful.
7. Yes, I’m fully prepared to work at nighttime. I’m usually active during late hours, so working night shifts won’t be a problem for me.
