I need help fixing an issue with my account. During registration, my browser autofilled someone else’s name and date of birth instead of mine, and I didn’t notice it until after the signup.
As a result, my account was created with incorrect personal details.
My current username is: Ruthish777,
The current balance is from my initial deposit — no gameplay or winnings involved.
I tried reaching out via email but got an auto-reply saying support now only runs through live chat. I also contacted live chat but haven’t gotten a solution yet.
I’m happy to provide my real name to a support member or moderator to fix the issue — either by correcting the account or refunding the deposit.
Any help or direction is really appreciated 🙏
