Hi everyone,
I wanted to share my recent experience regarding the welcome bonus at Stake. Despite completing all stated requirements, including level 2 verification, my account was deemed “not eligible” for the bonus.
I reached out multiple times to Live Support, but I was only given the conclusion that I am “not eligible” without any clear explanation. Even after asking to escalate the case to the responsible team, I was informed that the decision is final and cannot be altered.
I find this very frustrating, as it feels unfair and lacks transparency. I hope Stake can provide clearer communication and ensure that customers are treated fairly regarding bonus eligibility.
Has anyone else experienced a similar issue? I would like to hear your thoughts and advice.
