Unclear Denial of Welcome Bonus
Hi everyone,
I want to share my frustrating experience with Stake regarding the welcome bonus. Before depositing $1000 (purchased with LTC), I carefully asked support if there were any welcome promotions available.
After making the deposit, I followed up about my welcome bonus, and the reply was that I had to wait for the technical team to process it. During that time, I could not use or do anything with my deposited funds.
After patiently waiting for two days, I was suddenly informed that I am “not eligible” for the bonus. No explanation was given.
I want to know: what are the actual requirements? Why was I considered ineligible? Transparency is extremely important, and as a customer, I deserve a clear explanation.
This lack of transparency and communication is unacceptable. Stake needs to provide clear reasons so users can understand and, if necessary, explain their case.
Has anyone else experienced something similar? I would like to hear your advice and thoughts.
