Despite completing all stated requirements, including level 2 verification, my account was deemed “not eligible” for the bonus. I reached out multiple times to Live Support, but I was only given the conclusion that I am “not eligible” without any clear explanation. Even after asking to escalate the case to the responsible team, I was informed that the decision is final and cannot be altered. I find this very frustrating, as it feels unfair and lacks transparency. I hope Stake can provide clearer communication and ensure that customers are treated fairly regarding bonus eligibility. ShowmLet99 Posted September 20, 2025 #2 Posted September 20, 2025 I didn't experience things like this but I agree with you that stake need to be transparency with why someone don't eligible for something. So that user can agree if the reason is valid and if not he can explain to the stake for the reason.

Before depositing $1000 (purchased with LTC), I carefully asked support if there were any welcome promotions available. After making the deposit, I followed up about my welcome bonus, and the reply was that I had to wait for the technical team to process it. During that time, I could not use or do anything with my deposited funds. After patiently waiting for two days, I was suddenly informed that I am “not eligible” for the bonus. No explanation was given. I want to know: what are the actual requirements? Why was I considered ineligible? Transparency is extremely important, and as a customer, I deserve a clear explanation. This lack of transparency and communication is unacceptable. Stake needs to provide clear reasons so users can understand and, if necessary, explain their case. Has anyone else experienced something similar? I would like to hear your advice and thoughts. Thank you.
