Hey everyone, I’m really disappointed with the product lately. The support team doesn’t seem to engage in any real conversation — just copy-pasted template responses. My betting limits have been completely cut: in the esports and NBA sections I can’t place bets higher than $60 anymore. This happened right after I won my first three bets with odds of 4 on a major event (Blast). On top of that, after getting a VIP level upgrade, I actually started receiving fewer bonuses, and overall the sense of loyalty from the platform has completely disappeared. I’d like to know — am I the only one having such a terrible experience, or has anyone else faced the same thing?
