Betting limits slashed and VIP downgraded — anyone else?

Hey everyone,
I’m really disappointed with the product lately.

The support team doesn’t seem to engage in any real conversation — just copy-pasted template responses. My betting limits have been completely cut: in the esports and NBA sections I can’t place bets higher than $60 anymore. This happened right after I won my first three bets with odds of 4 on a major event (Blast).

On top of that, after getting a VIP level upgrade, I actually started receiving fewer bonuses, and overall the sense of loyalty from the platform has completely disappeared.

I’d like to know — am I the only one having such a terrible experience, or has anyone else faced the same thing?

I’m platinum 3 and I got 45 for my weekly and under 25 for both monthly and post monthly

You have correct feeling by my opinion i feel same from than when i leveled up to VIP Platinum. 

I think they are fewling with players until that level when one becomes hooked to Stake for reasons of: till that level  one has spent so much that can not turn and forget and go, but starts to chase back lost founds. Bacause of given reload in 24 h and increased weekly and monthly (another thing you cant control is , is it  realy increased or maybe because if demands higer wager etc you olay and spent much more so its normal its higher....  No way to check how it is calculated so its basiclu like Lossback bonus. ......could.go all day. All processes are runnig by very well scheduled activities based on a human psychological response to different event and impulses.
