I understand why all qualifying entries were accepted. Once most users interpreted the promotion that way, paying only the few who posted/edited in the stricter way would probably have created an even bigger issue. So from a practical moderation point of view, accepting the broader interpretation was the only logical move.
That said, I still strongly suspect the intended mechanic was originally supposed to be:
Choose weapon first → play that risk category → edit the same post with the winning Bet ID if you hit.
That fits the whole theme of the promotion much better: “Choose Your Weapon”, “Pick Your Path”, “only one path”, and Rule 1 saying “Choose only one weapon”. Otherwise, the mechanic is not really choosing a path; it is just playing any of the three games and posting whichever one works.
I think most of the confusion came from the “How to Enter” section saying:
“Post your weapon + Bet ID in one message.”
My guess is that this was added because you wanted to avoid users making two separate posts — one post to choose the weapon, and then another post later with the Bet ID — which would be messy to check and would create double-posting problems. So the intended flow was probably to make one post and edit it later.
But because this was not written explicitly, most users read it as: first get the multiplier, then post the weapon and Bet ID together. That is a completely different mechanic.
So I am not arguing anymore that the payout should be changed. I understand why it was handled this way. My point is just that the wording likely failed to communicate the intended mechanic clearly enough.
For the next version, it should probably say one of these directly:
“Choose your weapon first. Only bets made after your weapon-selection post count. Edit your original post with the Bet ID if you hit.”
or:
“You may submit any qualifying bet made during the promotion period, but you may only submit one weapon category.”
That would avoid this whole argument completely.

This is part of their business, I asked questions here on the forum and in technical support, and I think that they are the ones who make a profit from the sale of subscriptions to bots. Otherwise, there is no way to explain why it remains unpunished and, moreover, increases the turnover, and support staff continue to claim that this does not exist and deny obvious facts.

Why do you deceive people? When I was at the bronze level, I received more bonuses than now at the gold level, although the weekly turnover was lower. You can see it according to the statistics. This week I got $26 for $26,000 turnover, it's just ridiculous. Also, for the last 3-4 months, we began to receive much less rain, and bonus codes cannot be activated, neither daily nor weekly on the stream.

I am opening this thread because Live Support has repeatedly closed my tickets despite clear mathematical evidence of a technical bug in my VIP progress. I am currently at 95.63% Gold, and this error is directly preventing me from reaching Platinum I.
Here is the full timeline and the proof of the error:
1. The Starting Point (April 14th):
On April 14th, my total VIP progress stood at $216,000. (I have internal logs/records of this).
2. The Activity (Past 3 Days):
In the last 72 hours, I wagered a total of $15,500 (This is my raw, 1x wager visible in my statistics).
Part A: ~$7,570 of this was on "2x VIP Progress" boosted games.
Part B: ~$7,930 of this was on regular 1x games.
3. The Mathematical Reality (What should have happened):
If the system worked correctly, my progress increase should be:
From Boosted Games: $7,570 x 2 = $15,140
From Regular Games: $7,930
TOTAL EXPECTED INCREASE: $15,140 + $7,930 = $23,070
EXPECTED FINAL PROGRESS: $216,000 + $23,070 = $239,070
4. The Bug (What actually happened):
My current VIP progress is only $229,237.
Total actual increase: $229,237 - $216,000 = $13,237.
5. The Support's Contradiction (The "Robert" & "Oyku" Issue):
Support (Agent Robert) admitted that I wagered ~$7,570 on 2x games and claimed that "doubling this results in $15,500, which is applied to your VIP bar."
This is a massive logical fallacy because:
If they only applied $15,500 to my bar, it means they COMPLETELY DELETED my other $7,930 worth of regular wagering from my VIP progress.
Even worse, my bar only moved by $13,237, which is even LESS than my raw 1x wager of $15,500.
The system is failing to combine regular wagers and 2x boosted wagers correctly. It seems like one is overwriting the other, or the multiplier is simply not triggering while simultaneously "eating" part of my raw wager.
I have been a loyal player (Alpagu25) and I am very close to my next rank. I am not asking for a favor; I am asking for my rightful mathematical progress to be added to my account.
Please have a Senior Moderator or Technical Lead manually review the logs from April 14th to April 17th. There is a clear $10,000+ USD discrepancy in my VIP progress bar.
