I got the popup, but I went to support a few days later and they told me at that time I was not eligble, I raised a fuss at that time because I had already deposited and was wagering, and I said that they never corrected their now claimed error, so how was I to know. So at that time they told me to check back in the beginning of the month which i checked 2 times before then and kept being told to check bacl. So today I tried agai and got a small bonus manually credited by support. But again I let them know immediately after getting the popup and didnt wait until today when I am sure every one is claiming the same thing.

bumping this for second reading I just want to say that a little note to someone could brighten someones day or make them feel special or apprecaited when they might not alway feel that way. It takes 30 seconds . Hey Moderatrs this mod-a-gram is to tell you that even if nobody else posts or rreplies I speak for them to say that being a moderator means you dont have to deal with just one or two of us, you deal with all of us and thats alot of people and yet somehow each of you, in your own unique way , some how manage to really get to know us who are in and out of the chat rooms alot. and I mean each and every one of us for them is alot of us...some mods never miss a hello or have a nice day, some mods ask how our days were, some mods check on you if they sense somethings wrong, some mods share inside jokes with us that make us laugh and smile, and they do this while dealing with 5000 + other chatters on every level imaginable from good, to misbehaved, obnoxious, to annoying, enough to make you go mad yet they dont (okay so maybe they have a mute button but thats not the point).... and its not just a one time thing but day after day time and again and that's not easy to do And for those users who have never taken the time to stop to chat with a moderator or gotten to know one, you're missing out!
