I am writing to kindly request assistance regarding a promotional offer that has not yet been credited to my account Penakkentu.
On March 18, 2026, I received an email from Stake with the following offer:
“Wager $290+ on any sporting event and receive an additional $60”
The terms and conditions clearly stated:
• Wager within the next 3 days
• Wager must be placed only on sportsbook events
• Your bonus will be credited within 48 hours (Offer valid in USD equivalent)
I completed the qualifying wager on March 19, 2026, which was fully within the required timeframe and only on sportsbook events. However, today is March 23, 2026 — more than 48 hours later — and the $60 bonus has still not been credited to my account.
I have attached a screenshot of the promotional email for your reference. I am also happy to provide the specific wager ticket IDs, bet history, or any other details needed to verify this.
