This suggestion is for marketing team.and the email bonuses you send out. I'm reaching almost 5 years on stake and couple weeks ago while many got $100 email bonuses promoting new poker release. Myself a Diamond 3 only got an announcement email of the new poker release. While I recieved a separate email saying to deposit 100 wager 100 on esports to recieve a 20 bonus. These are the type of bonus emails sent to new accounts trying to entice them to make first deposit. I am a Diamond 3 that deposits frequently why is this being sent to me. Also last year random email bonus went out to people giving some of them large $1000 plus bonuses. During 1 of Eddie's Stream he stated that everyone would eventually get that email bonus. He said that almost 1year and 6 months ago. Yet I have still not recieved this. Is marketing team planning on getting around to providing these bonuses to stakes highest ranking vips or not. I spoke with Eddie about this and how marketing has been excluding me from recieving the best email bonuses and if ever I do recieve something in email it's not something appropriate for a Diamond 3 player like the deposit/wager $100 to get a $20 bonus. This should not be the case for someone this is a large part of the community, high vip level, and almost 5 years on Stake. Eddie told me all in all in should work out very well for me. So I present this question to the marketing team. Can you please start making it work out very well for me? In 5 years email bonuses have not worked out well for me. I've only got I think 1 $25 and 1$15 email bonus in 5 years. So please look into why I have not recieved any of the bonuses that Eddie said we'd all eventually recieve and what you can do to start making email bonuses work out well for me. As well as I'm sure many others that feel the same being veteran players high vip levels yet the same email bonuses have never worked out well for them either and it's about time that this gets fixed please.

Been here 4 and a half years diamond 3 and I've never got one of these email bonuses so yes the manner in which they are sent does not seem to be meant for benefitting loyal players. That or the algorithm that sends them is flawed.

@Katarina then why not let a independent 3rd party inspect your proveably fair code compared to what you show us and how it's implimented and the means to which ee verify and then publicly post their findings. without independent 3rd party inspection we don't know if truely fair because you can easily manipulate the server seed as we use it then when we change seed you link the client seed we set with our last seed while the whole time we were using it server seed could of been manipulated then when we go to verify and enter the client and server results look fair with us not knowing the client was applied after.
