  1. I already contacted support, but they haven't given me a solution. I filled out the entire form they asked for, but at the end, they requested screenshots of my most recent account transactions. I don't have these because I no longer have access to the wallet I used for those recent transactions. They don't seem to understand that I don't have access, and they won't accept the verification or documentation I used for KYC. I need a solution. I want to recover my account.
