hi, I'm in the same situation as you, 2 weeks ago, I received an email for a 200% wager, i deposit 1K $ , I saw my account restricted just after i received the 200% bonus, no longer allowed to bet original, play slot or sports bet... I didn't even bet 1 cent. i'm plat 4 and on stake since 4 years... i have send all docs, i m still waiting my lvl 3 and 4 verification ( still under review ).
