I often see people writing in the forum complaing about an issue, and then the top comment is always "just contact live support" - and I agreed with this, up till now.
I decided to particiate in this promotion:
I deligently fufilled the requirements, which were to "Win three bets on Wheel with a 49.50x multiplier (Risk: High and Segments: 50)". Here is my answer,
casino:366773986213
casino:366774521339
casino:366774949151
When the bonus code didn't work at first, I thought it was a glitch, however, upon contacting live support, they say I am not eligible. Each time I ask why, they avoid the question. I am DISGUSTED at how useless and pathetic live support are. Here are screenshots of the interaction:
@AleksandarG please tell me why my bet doesn't qualify, and what I'm doing to act in "bad faith" - how can your team accuse players of something and not provide any reasons or proof? Wtf is this??

williamshennie9 got a reaction from Jamil77 in How to perfectly wager?
Hey everyone
I was wondering if there was a way to use Baccarat to perfectly wager to increase your points for VIP by losing 1% each time. If you bet equal amounts on both sides you lose 2% if the banker wins. But I was thinking how much more would you have to bet on the banker to lose the same amount each time regardless of whether the player or banker wins?
Is this possible? If anyone is good at math, please try calculate this, thank you in advance
