.. normally i never do this, but since the amounts are like b4tshit insane - i checked my Spam folder/Junk and behold - i found a Mail - not from March, but from 7th of February
The Email just says here you go have fun on us with this free 50$ -> Claim here.
Claiming didnt work (Code invalid or sth) and after contacting my VIP Host - I get the reply that my Claim has "expired" & well sorry... ???
Neither in the Mail itself does it say anything about a limited claim time or anything nor is there a set "expiration date" for Claims/Bonuses anywhere in the Stake Bylaws ???
And its not about the money - <yes 50$ would be nice but whatever - no this simply spitting in my / the customers face ? How can something expire if there is no expiration date ? Somehow stake concluded that i was eligable for the Code ... but just if i picked it up instantly ? .. I stil have some hope that my Host can sort this out but if not then this was the final Nail in the coffin for me ...
Edit: No reaction at all anymore from my Host... seems like this is another one of those topics that i simply have to accept or die but wont get any constructive replies anymore on the matter.... #fml
