This is the clause you are referring to: "To qualify for this promotion, players must ensure their account is not subject to any restrictions at any time during the promotion period. Any qualifying bets made during the promotional period and before notification of exclusion will not be considered towards the promotion." Everything is clearly explained in this clause. Since the promotion has not been paid out yet, the promotional period has not ended, and you received the notification of exclusion before the payout, your participation no longer qualifies. To clarify, you were not disqualified retroactively - you received the exclusion email before the promotion was paid out, which means the terms of the promotion were applied correctly.
