Have you ever been warned, muted, or banned? In chat room as far as I know or remember I have never been banned, muted or warned, this is as per best of my knowledge which am able to recall. I am thinking of someone who might have bet really big, don't get me wrong 44 Euros is big bet, but I see people bet like more than 500 USD in BJ table, if some have bet really big and how funds are gone without any trace it's real fuck up

Don't want to sound negative, being to optimistic in this scenario is not great, I have lost bet multiple times, Again in other casino I play, I deposited 100 USD using local currency option, transaction was successful and now casino claims funds never reached them. I know your case is different, but here I gave casino all proof that transaction was successful, but they are acting like idiot and doing nothing. So if you feel support fix everything, Evolution gaming is biggest morons in this class, they don't do it. Hope you recover your money but I doubt they will.
