That score you're seeing indicates that our odds provider most likely lost coverage of the match at that point, so they had to wait until the final result was confirmed. Using the same match example and match score, 6-4, 6-4 (12-8), a +4.5 game handicap adjusts the score to 12-12.5 in favor of the bet on the underdog, meaning the bet would win.

Only the first bet per match, per customer, per household qualifies. This is from the terms of the promotion.
