  2. Map 1 went to overtime, and therefore the winning selection for the threeway map market is a draw, here is the rule displayed on the site that reflects on this situation: https://stake.com/policies/sportsbook
  3. When the bet is 'adjusted', it means that there was an incorrect settlement made by our odds provider, and they've changed it. Your bet has been paid out as a winning bet, do not worry. @ap78967

  11. Hey guys! Some of you probably know that we've changed the settlement rules regarding the multi Same Game Multi bets. In the past, if any selection was voided, the whole SGM multi-bet was voided as well, but based on your requests, we decided to change it. The next settlement matrix is next: Each individual SGM is treated as a separate “leg” within the overall bet. If a selection within any SGM is voided, only that specific SGM will be voided. The remaining SGMs in the combination will still stand, and the total odds will be recalculated based on the remaining valid prices. Please note: a voided selection takes precedence over the results of other legs, including losses. So, if at least 1 selection on any SGM is lost, the whole bet is considered lost. P.S. This 'new' rule does not apply to the single Same Game Multi bets, the previous rule stands: 'If any selection as part of a Same Game Multi (Bet Builder) is void, the whole bet is considered void'.
  12. So, when you have a half-win selection on your bet slip, the odds for that selection are halved, but they cannot be lower than 1. So, for example, if your original odds on a half-won selection are 1.37, they would be 1.185, for 1.52 they would be 1.26, etc... But, if the original odds are higher, like 2.30, in that case, the new odds would be 1.65. I'll give you an example of a half-win bet, and how to calculate it. When you place a bet on quarter lines (.25/.75), your bet gets divided into 2 separate bets, half between the nearest whole and half market lines, and the outcome of both halves of your bet determines the final settlement, which can result in a Win, Half Win, Half Loss, or Loss. For example: A $10 bet on the 'Over 1.75' line at x2.30 odds will be split into two separate bets, $5 is placed on the Over 1.5 line and $5 on the Over 2 line. So, if the game ends with 1 or no goal scored, your bet is lost, for 2 goals your bet is half-won because the 'Over 1.5' line is won and 'Over 2' gets pushed/voided (according to our rules, shown on the picture below) and if 3 or more goals are scored, your bet is fully won. If the match ends with 2 goals scored, it should be a half-win leg, as aforementioned and the odds for that leg should be x1.65 instead of x2.30 in the first place.
  13. Hi, @imsoql! We don't offer 1st half goalscorer market on our platform, at the moment, unfortunately. You can only pick one goalscorer market per match, any other combination is not allowed. Can you please, elaborate on 'and what happens if the player is not selected?', not sure what you mean by that. 1st goalscorer refers to a player who scores the first goal in the match, and the last goalscorer to the player who scores the last goal.
  14. A parlay or multi bet, as called on our platform is a type of bet when a bettor makes at least two or more bets and combines them into one wager. The bettor must win every small bet to win the parlay bet, and losing just one of the smaller bets loses the parlay.
  15. Hey, @donalddraper. Unfortunately, all matches, markets, and odds are controlled by our odds provider. I do not have exact information if this change is temporary or permanent, but as soon as we receive any updates, we'll keep you posted. Apologies for any inconvenience.
  16. Update! Works for sports bets, but you can add up to 5 matches with a maximum of 10 SGM selections per match, for now. We are working on it daily, so stay tuned.
  17. Guys, the new feature works on NFL, NBA, NHL, CFB, CBB, MLB, and ATP) and it is for prematch markets only! We are working on implementing this across the whole platform, stay tuned for more information.
  18. When you are betting on a quarter markets, .25 & .75, your bet is split in two. For example, let's take a match that was finished 3-2, and you placed a 10$ on 'Under 4.75'. You placed 10$ on Under 4.75, 5$ goes on Under 4.5 and the other 5$ goes on Under 5. Your first bet on Under 4.5 is a loss and your second bet Under 5 is a void/pushed. You only receive 50% of your bet back. This is a Half Loss situation. For each Half losing market in your bet slip, the total wager of your bet slip will be halved.
