My bad this shit confused me so much, i tried to many times with the level 3-4 verification and they never ever accept any of them over 20 times until they sent me to try again 24 h later🤡🤡🤡 Your case have some update mate?

Have you seen others like us to have had the same issue and they could make it and got their account and funds control back and how much time it take for them or we just fucked up and say goodby, My balance is 9.500$🤡

I have the same issue but my docs still under process of chek. Did they tell you after completed the verify levels why you cannot get back control over your funds?
