  1. I withdrawed an amount of rs 10000 from stake on 1st of February 2026, I didn't receive the amount on my account and hence raised a complaint to support after 3 days. Where I was redirected to mail the stake finance department. I mailed them and told them that I havent received the amount on my account. They asked me to provided my bank statement, which I did. First they took around 3 days to respond me and then I got a mail saying that the payment has been credited to my account and provided an UTR number. Then they told me if I havent received the amount in my account they told me to contact my bank. I told them clearly that I havent received the amount and also provided the bank statement which doesn't include any such UTR number. Then I also contacted my bank and asked them to check the amount if I have received with the UTR number provided. The bank clearly told me that there was no amount transferred to my account with the provided UTR number and after that I asked my bank if it is possible to track the fund with the UTR number provided by the stake finance team. My bank clearly told me that they can't track the funds with the UTR number provided since it was an UPI transaction UTR number. Now I have been mailing the stake finance team stating the same thing that my Bank has told me . Still I get the same reply from the stake finance team stating that "the amount has been credited from our side , please contact your bank and ask them to trace the amount" . I keep replying that my Bank can't do anything regarding it and has asked to contact you guys.. I always get the same reply saying that " all details have been provided by us , please refer to previous mail" Now me being a platinum III VIP member of stake, I am getting this treating. Where I am not getting my Own money which I have withdrawn and now am being ignored. Tell me what to do next if my Bank can't do anything and most importantly stake people have decided to ignore my case. Where I am continuously providing with all the details and documents stating that I havent received the funds. Also more than Rs 15000 INR has been stuck while depositing in stake. Guess I have to leave stake if this keeps on happening and if my case doesn't get resolved.

  3. I withdrawed an amount on 1/3/2026 at 9: 44pm ist. I didnt received the amount. Hence I was asked to wait for 3 business days. I waited for 3 business days and still havent received the amount yet. The customer support only says we cant do anything have patience, your funds are safe, you will receive it. And when I ask a estimated date . They never give me one and just say that they cant say anything. Is this the support I get.

  7. The amount has been successfully transferred from my Binance account; however, it has not been deposited into my stake account. It has happened already 3 times before today. However, when I texted the Live support, they replied and resolved the issue. Now, for the last 1 hour, my deposit is stuck, no reply from Live support, I have sent so many texts. Please help me with it.
