MisguidedGamer Posted January 8 #1 Posted January 8 I withdrawed an amount on 1/3/2026 at 9: 44pm ist. I didnt received the amount. Hence I was asked to wait for 3 business days. I waited for 3 business days and still havent received the amount yet. The customer support only says we cant do anything have patience, your funds are safe, you will receive it. And when I ask a estimated date . They never give me one and just say that they cant say anything. Is this the support I get.
Teedeechian Posted January 8 #2 Posted January 8 Unfortunately, there is nothing anyone here can do. Your best bet is still customer support. Their payment provider probably have an issue with your bank, exercise more patience, you'll get your funds.
