Lost My 2 Factor Authentication

Hello Support Team, I have unfortunately lost my mobile device that had access to my 2 Factor Authentication functionality . I am requesting assistance on getting 2FA. Please let me know how I can proceed, thank you.

Cant u help with any link to help me out of this . Ive contacted them via email but they arent sending anything. Please help me out.

I am sorry to say this but these recovery support people are absolutely useless. I mean how the hell am I supposed to get into my broken phone ,to get the ip address attached to that flippen phone😡😡😡. I gave them my id number, my email address ,the last currency I have tipped out and all that shit. I just can't give the ip address but they still won't let me into my damn account. And how am I supposed to know how much crypto is in my account when I might have received tips and I received a bday bonus from stake. This is so irritating 

@AleksandarG dude you're a mod I'm sure that you can help me by telling that Stefan from the recovery team to stop being unreasonable he doesn't even want to tell me which questions I got wrong. Also he said I should fill it in to the best of my abilities.

They will help you definitely 

You need to send mail to [email protected]

Then they will explain you the process ( what info need to send )

Like existing balance, name , gmail, mobile number, any transaction screenshot, etc 

Later on successful verification they will remove 2 factor authentication 

 

 

I have faced this issue and got resolved within 24-48 hours
