ketheth Posted July 28, 2024 #1 Posted July 28, 2024 Hi, so today I was temporarily banned from being able to claim code drops for the first time ever despite barely claiming any codes in the past week(s). I mean, I started backtracking my own claims of codes, and the previous weekly I claimed a total of 9$ worth of codes, so I do not understand why the system would've flagged my account. I wouldn't have cared if it wasn't for the fact that I have had a quite a degen session, which ended up with me both losing 3K$ USD but also wagering almost 200k in the past week. I realized I was code banned after trying to claim one of those HR codes on TG. Kinda bummed over this, as I haven't had a degen session in a minute, and now all this wager and loss is for literal nothing. Just in the past 24-hours I've been missing out on over $150 in HR Codes. It feels like I am being punished for being one of the most active players on the site, and just ethically wrong to be randomly banned by a casino without an proper explanation. I messaged my host who couldn't help me and sent some random automated-answer as a respons. I understood it's out of his field of work, and he's just doing his part but man how is such an shitty system implemented at such a established casino. It's just utterly disrespectful and I'm baffled that no back testing was made before it was implemented?
myarcp Posted July 28, 2024 #2 Posted July 28, 2024 it seems really random, they make drops to trap players without a clear explanation. This rule will be removed after the real player moves to another casino and only the alt account is playing at stake. Let's wait and see
Snickers Posted July 28, 2024 #3 Posted July 28, 2024 This system is so ridiculous and flawed, it's amazing!

Let's wait and see I agree, it's very disrespectful, and I have never experienced anything similar anywhere else as It 's utterly wild & naive of stake to be randomly banning their top players thinking no repercussion would occur. I know a few high rollers who've been both thinking and slowly been moving from Stake after these recent shenanigans as it's been the final straw for many players.
panky161 Posted July 28, 2024 #5 Posted July 28, 2024 Not good to hear, DO you think someone from stake will respond to this clarifying or apologizing

You'd think that the largest crypto casino in the world with billions in revenue wouldn't "shoot first, and ask questions later" but here we are! 1 minute ago, panky161 said: Not good to hear, DO you think someone from stake will respond to this clarifying or apologizing I have no expectations of either being compensated / resolving the issue or getting a response from recent experiences. Post was mainly made for feedback and hope for future changes.
Jihoona Posted July 28, 2024 #7 Posted July 28, 2024 it will be good if they add a clear rules for this drop bans because many active user that got affected by this
QuxxxExxxx Posted July 28, 2024 #10 Posted July 28, 2024 what problem ? .... you guys still dont get it - we have NO CLUE what the purpose of the Bot is or who he is targeting .... ABSOLUTLY NO CLUE Except "The amount of bonuses versus gameplay is disproportionate". .... what does that even mean lol ??? Obviously this hints strongly towards quantity but If that "explanation" is true then it would make Wagering meaningless, playing meaningless . Because Bonus Drops have always been and will always be marketed as something you aim for by wagering - and if you fullfill the wager -> you have eraned the rigth to claim the Bonus - thats IT. Whatever its real purpose - it has nothing to do with banning API readers, bots or anything regarding the Quantity of Claimed drops in a certain timeframe.
skleven Posted July 28, 2024 #12 Posted July 28, 2024 It seems like Stake is targeting the loyal players with this system. It prevents bots from taking the $1 codes, and also prevents loyal player to claim highroller codes. Stake could have done anything else, but went with something that just pisses off their main player base. Also notice when players get banned, it`s just after a huge wagering session. So it can not be random. It`s an implemented scam.
