adif Posted August 11, 2024 #1 Posted August 11, 2024 I registered with Stake in 2021. I have been losing money betting for 3 years without a problem, without Stake asking me for anything. Now I have been earning quite a bit of money for a few days. And they ask me to verify level 3 and 4 to be able to withdraw. But 3 years ago I entered my mother's information by mistake and I can't verify the account. So now they are left with my funds after years of losing money and they don't care if I put in those wrong details. This is the amount they keep:
MrRoundtree Posted August 11, 2024 #2 Posted August 11, 2024 Entering mothers Information by mistake 😂 made my day 😂 Then ask you mommy to verify your account 😅
Dsk3697 Posted August 11, 2024 #4 Posted August 11, 2024 But , why aren't you able to verify mothers details anyway .. You can still ask her right
jkggk Posted August 11, 2024 #5 Posted August 11, 2024 Better delete this quick or they will see that you registered not using your own information which can result in a permanent ban.
Str4t3g1st Posted August 11, 2024 #6 Posted August 11, 2024 Perma ban & case closed ☝️🤪 stake will never steal your mummy money 😂

Moderator maverick528 Posted August 11, 2024 Moderator #10 Posted August 11, 2024 There is a legal contract that you sign when you enter Stake, where you agree to provide the real info for verifying the account, to not share account with any other person, not being underage, etc etc.... So if you break your part of the contract, there are consequences.....
FearlessPro Posted August 11, 2024 #11 Posted August 11, 2024 Uhhh.. that hurts 146k€ But after all, it was your own mistake.

In a business relationship, both "goodwill" and "accommodation" are present, but they differ in their meaning and application: Goodwill: This refers to a voluntary action by a company that is not legally required. For example, a company might allow a return or exchange even when not legally obligated to do so. Goodwill is often aimed at increasing customer satisfaction and maintaining long-term customer relationships. Accommodation: This refers to a general willingness to cooperate or be flexible within a business relationship. It can occur in negotiations or during regular business interactions. Accommodation is a gesture of courtesy or a strategic move to foster a positive relationship or reach an agreement. Both terms refer to actions that go beyond what is legally required, with the aim of improving the relationship between business partners. Accommodation can be reflected in the willingness to find solutions that are beneficial for both parties, even if this goes beyond the original agreements.

"By mistake" i bet you were/are under age just used your mommas data to gamble, falsifying verification data and violating a bunch of other ToS without even thinking about consequences...? Like yeah i will enter a false data but yeah i will be alright... it sounds stupid. Ofc stake has some fault in it as they "should" verify everyone upon deposit not just a big withdraw but it is how it is.. it's how gambling websites work and everyone knows that. I am sure that at least they will return all the money I have deposited. Ironic mode off* they are going to keep everything

myarcp Posted August 11, 2024 #22 Posted August 11, 2024 they won't steal it, just do the verification. even though I hate the stake system now. but it must be admitted that for withdrawals, stakes are still the best.

How can we do that? You can change your registered country, with the proper documents. Anyway, this is out of topic here, we are talking about someone that made a mistake when registering, and when asked to register with his own information used the information of someone else , forgot his own name and birthday and put someone elses ......
