Stake stole my money

I registered with Stake in 2021. I have been losing money betting for 3 years without a problem, without Stake asking me for anything. Now I have been earning quite a bit of money for a few days. And they ask me to verify level 3 and 4 to be able to withdraw.

But 3 years ago I entered my mother's information by mistake and I can't verify the account. So now they are left with my funds after years of losing money and they don't care if I put in those wrong details.

There is a legal contract that you sign when you enter Stake, where you agree to provide the real info for verifying the account, to not share account with any other person, not being underage, etc etc....

So if you break your part of the contract, there are consequences.....

You need to say something, there will be consequences if you win money. If you deposit and lose money, nothing happens

they won't steal it, just do the verification. even though I hate the stake system now.  but it must be admitted that for withdrawals, stakes are still the best.

What if someones address and country of residence changes. This obviously happens. How can we do that?

You can change your registered country, with the proper documents.

Anyway, this is out of topic here,  we are talking about someone that made a mistake when registering, and when asked to register with his own information used the information of someone else , forgot his own name and birthday and put someone elses ......
