Stake stole my money

there are legal ways to get your money unless u were underage when u start gambling on stake. if u were u can only get your loses back legally.

so that is only for customers ? stake changed tos so often, since I signed my contract, without informing me, they are breaking the contract regularly.

They keep all my money, including everything I have deposited over the years.

You clearly haven’t even brushed over the TOS. Every time you press the spin/bet button, you are basically agreeing to the terms, that stake can change…

in fact I did and you are wrong, I made contract with medium rare nv. They still are under dutch law. Dutch law requires to inform customer when changing tos

Although what you did was a mistake on the first place. Stake should do the right thing and make your withdrawal available coz this is so scary for costumers who wants to earn on stake gambling. Money is not a joke esp if you work hard for your wins and struggles with your losses on the past. My opinion is that if you only using one account per household you should be eligible but also theres a punishment of having a mistake on inputting the wrong name. The stake should give you the whole money you won and withdraw in exchange of perma banned by abiding the rules and wont be able to verify. It's a win-win situation for both parties. Thats the right thing to do imo.

Just upload your documents and after that your documents will go under review then u can transfer ur whole amount I do the same and it work
