I joined a year ago.  Reached plat I by the end of March.  Received birthday email and either 4-5 vip bonus emails all for $25 each time. 

Reached plat 2 around August and except for Indian holidays (like 2 or them, each for $50 through email) I hadn't received another until the same day our 2nd December monthly dropped, I also got a $100 vip climb bonus through email about 7 hours before monthly.  Granted, I had about 70k wagered for the prior week at the time too though.

I've got 2 of them, both during Plat 2. Both were $100 USD and both were fairly random % (50ish and 70ish)

Yaaa got the same bonus. When i hit huge loss after some days i got mail of VIP Ladder bonus but don’t have an idea for how much time it takes to get 2nd one . I’m at Gold VIP . Attaching photo for the people who never seen

I also got $100 last month maybe it is when you complete 25% of the vip level I am on plat 2 and when I was close to 25% I got it

Then You not checking your email properly  am platinum  2 and I received till today 6 times after every 100000 wager
