Well i dont think its about poor people or something. You said u wagered about 12k and lost 200 + dollars and got like 20 back. I dont know what you expecting bro. I wager about 150k to 250k normal month and in my recent monthly i lost about 3000. My biggest monthly was for these numbers, which was 307 dollars. If u compare it to yours, almost same according to difference between numbers. Now if I hope that they give me 1000 dollars back because I lost 3000, I will be the dumb one then. Atleast they paying us good percentage back. Should be happy about it because normal casinos dont huve back a penny. Hope this will help understand bro.
