Never received a bonus email

Hi. Plat 1 here I wagered a lot and never received a bonus email but those who are gold below and inactive got it. Do I need to be inactive to get one? That's the only logical way that I can think of for marketing team. It doesn't really make sense.

Okay this is proven. Marketing team prioritize those who not deposit for a long time. I guess we need to play on other platform then go back when they send bonus email

that's correct, the only way to get an email bonus is to stay inactive for a while and by inactive you should log out of the account and don't reopen it for few weeks, guaranted email bonus lol

i think they prioritize an account that just register under 5 months old to get bonus than old account 

because i saw many people that got it like that
