Hi There, I am also plat 1 and have the same issue. I never received a email bonus. When checked with live support they always say the same thing that marketing team takes care of this and we cannot do anything in that.

This is how I got mine too over the past couple of weeks. Decently wagered a couple small deposits, hit it big with weekly/monthly and then basically stopped depositing and just wagered with the free bonuses. Went from Silver to plat 2 73% since July and I got 5 E-Mails total. Pretty sure it's a combination of wager milestones and wagering activity. I got 3 at once the week I went Silver > Plat1, then another one after I hit plat2 and the last one just after I hit ~ 50%. I'm expecting to get another one either after I hit 75% or when I get close to Plat3, that would be sweet

Absolutely nonsense. It has nothing to do with wager but loses and inactivity . Sometimes you can be lucky and be in some picked group but loses and not being active .... If you want some .. have a friend one deposit and than didn't play for months and got like 3 emails already

well yesterday I got lucky, got bonus email, am P1 and have lost decent past months and also lost all bonus weekly monthly etc. no cashout in long time, I just got 10 USD bonus. wow thanks for considering me for this great bonus, others getting 250 USD for level 2 verification and they give 10 USD bonus wow

That makes sense yes. Since I also heard that (obviously) casinos wants to get more money. So if they can bait you to deposit 200 dollars and lose by sending a 50 dollar code, it's a "win-win"
