Give Chat Moderators the Ability to Pin Messages

Hi there,

I'm making a formal suggestion for Mods in-chat to have the ability to Pin Messages. Today 9/14/24 Stake is/was experiencing an issue with people receiving their deposits credited to their account, and it caused a lot of global frustration in the chat from people who were confused as to why they weren't receiving their deposits.

I would like to see chat moderators having the ability to /pin messages, which are stickied either to the top of the bottom of the chat window, which details some brief information about particular site outages or any important announcements, such as weekly or monthly bonuses becoming available. I've attached an image of something maybe similar to how it could look.

I also raised similar issue but I don't think they will do something about it
