Account placed Withdraw-Only Mode After Reaching Platinum 4

Hey everyone,

I wanted to share a situation that recently came up and see if anyone else has experienced something similar.

I’ve been active member on Stake for a while and just reached Platinum 4 after many years of progress, which was pretty exciting. I also got assigned my first VIP host. However, shortly after hitting this milestone, my account was unexpectedly placed in withdrawal-only mode – which definitely raised some red flags for me.

I reached out to Stake support and asked about the situation and they told me to re-verify my account, even though I had already completed the Level 3 KYC process earlier and never ever before have I had problems like this here at Stake.

On top of that, they’re now asking for proof of my source of funds, which I’ve submitted, and it’s currently under review.

Has anyone else had their account restricted before? I'd appreciate hearing about your experiences or how long this kind of review typically takes.

Stake is currently doing this for many players to ensure they are of legal age, playing in an allowed country, and to prevent money laundering and the use of alternative accounts.

You should be able to play again once you've completed the KYC process. 😉

My account has been placed on withdrawal only mode , recently it was hacked by someone else but I recover the mail from which I get the stake account back by unfortunately it say you not a legal player and you are underage or somthing is anyone know any solution for this, please help I'm in gold vip
