Email Bonuses need fixing

This suggestion is for marketing team.and the email bonuses you send out. 

I'm reaching almost 5 years on stake and couple weeks ago while many got $100 email bonuses promoting new poker release. Myself a Diamond 3 only got an announcement email of the new poker release.

While I recieved a separate email saying to deposit 100 wager 100 on esports to recieve a 20 bonus. These are the type of bonus emails sent to new accounts trying to entice them to make first deposit. I am a Diamond 3 that deposits frequently why is this being sent to me.

Also last year random email bonus went out to people giving some of them large $1000 plus bonuses. During 1 of Eddie's Stream he stated that everyone would eventually get that email bonus. He said that almost 1year and 6 months ago. Yet I have still not recieved this. Is marketing team planning on getting around to providing these bonuses to stakes highest ranking vips or not. 

I spoke with Eddie about this and how marketing has been excluding me from recieving the best email bonuses and if ever I do recieve something in email it's not something appropriate for a Diamond 3 player like the deposit/wager $100 to get a $20 bonus. This should not be the case for someone this is a large part of the community, high vip level, and almost 5 years on Stake. 

Eddie told me all in all in should work out very well for me. So I present this question to the marketing team. Can you please start making it work out very well for me? In 5 years email bonuses have not worked out well for me.  I've only got I think 1 $25 and 1$15 email bonus in 5 years.

So please look into why I have not recieved any of the bonuses that Eddie said we'd all eventually recieve and what you can do to start making email bonuses work out well for me. As well as I'm sure many others that feel the same being veteran players high vip levels yet the same email bonuses have never worked out well for them either and it's about time that this gets fixed please.

Valid point to bring up , as a regular and longtime player I agree with @Ebitcoin1985that these bonuses could also be awarded to players who are of a longer standing relationship with the casino and community, but from an operators standpoint I also see the logic behind sending them to players as a way to try and bring back players who may have not visited stake recently.

I have been at stake since a year now, i have been facing issues with weekly bonuses since the past week

I was down 300$ with 12k wager and i only get 5$s, thats never happened before i have got much more with much low wager or profit

Same with bonus emails i have stopped recieving those, i deposit daily im platinum 1 at stake !

I do agree with this, I remember last year when lower ranked VIPs were receiving $2000+ email bonuses and like you I haven't received it either. 

I think Stake still not having Monthly on a fixed date is ridiculous enough and that the marketing team sends larger bonuses to less active players on purpose to entice them which is basically shitting on active players. But this won't change I am 99.99% sure of it, they don't listen to us.

Hey dude im a platinum1 player on stake im here more than 3 years and me to never recive any bonus email from stake. I have many friends them only bronze,silver,unranked players and they got so many bonus money. This is fcking disguesting i think i hooe this system reworked soon. Have a nice day!

Im Plat 5 and over 3 years on Stake. Never got any bonus email either..  Only thing i recieved was a codeban email while i was sleeping and didnt claim anything. The only codes i claim is during weekly stream.. also they put a shadowban on my account to not recieve anything from rainbot.. its not only stake that uses this feature, we users also uses this feature to share with others after big wins. Feels a bit unfair this treatment and it feels like they try to push me  away to other sites.

I complained them on mail about not getting reloads and decreased weekly and monthly but they replied that it was in align with their policy

that's right, I'm platinum II, I've been active for a long time and it's strange for some reason that monthly emails/bonus emails never entered my account, even though I didn't stop subscribing to emails from stake

What about your host? How is s/he treating you? Perhaps they see bonus emails as overkill for you based on god tier performance by your host.

I could not agree more. Im "only" Platinum 4, on my way to Platinum 5. I opend my account in 2021, but never played here until March / April this year.

So I did a shit tone of wager the past 6-7 months and I never recive any bonus emails. Its a pure joke.

Lately I dont feel like doing big depos here anymore as I recive a way better treatment on other sites when it comes to random bonuses.

In fact just yesterday I got 300$ for free on a different site with almost the same wager (150K more). Just because I did not depo in a while and they wanted to suprise me with a little gift (of course for me to be more active again, but at least thats something and you feel a little appriciated).

Stake does nothing for people that have wagere multiple millions within this year. Its a shame.

#1 Casino in the world by stats but cant afford to hand out a little more so those people who wager decent amounts to feel more welcome.

i d give you my 100$ mail vs the run you had end of the last year.... Not want to sound harsh but I think stake gave you enough with a run xD. Then what happened to your money i don't know, and it's not my business. But still I would trade my 100$ mail vs your insane run all day :P

yeah i was down like 20k in a day and asked if i had any loyalty or special bonuses, to be told no no bonuses were availablbe for me and then they recommended checking my emails regularly and stay active lol

They will not fix it. It is on purpose to make some players life harder. You are probably blocked by marketing team.
