Email Bonuses need fixing

They seem pretty random, although I do get 100 dollars when I lose alot

This is the same issue I have had, I have not got one bonus email Kluge many many others I feel very slighted and really frankly almost ignored because I am a regular contributor, its like I'm being punished for putting in funds to play at a regular basis. I might just quit Stake entirely and try start a new casino with rake statuses and hopefully I'm treated like they want my patronage with a free bonus every year even lol I guess that's even to much for stake to give me

It's better to do offer directly on stake pages and have a claim reward button appear if task is completed rather than wait for payment via email which will arrive or will not.

From Bronze up to Gold near Platin u got the VIP Ladder-Mails - after u reached Plat 1 it feels like something is goin really wrong with the account!

Almost deposit 300$ in 1 Hour without anything said all! Nothing except busts all over the place and no wager for claiming a code, it frustrating. The mysterious one is that all other people im asking bout that mails telling me: WTH is wrong with you? ur plat now, u wont get anything from them! Thats was the truth LOL

The funny thing is, asking in live support and they goin to bot u down with their answers! its not our department, the marketing team sends this stuff ************! Like WTF why ur still working in Live Support if u cant do anything but still add bonusses for level up and recent played? u kidding us or what?

 

It should be fair for all, not for new accounts or high ranked VIP's
