I can spend on chat some days like 5-6 hours, some days like 8-9, maybe more on weekends and holidays. But if I need to, I can be in chat for more than 12 hours. 

Moderator must constantly monitor the chat remains it safe, good, and enjoyable space for all users of Stake and apart chat. Moderator needs watch for conversations of users, deleting spam or flood, following community rules and eliminating any inappropriate behavior. Good moderator needs to create good atmosphere in chat with no toxic personalities where everyone feels better than everywhere. It has to be a space where all users can enjoy chatting with other peoples.

In my opinion people who enjoy spending time on Stake and are passionate about the platform might want to give back to the community. Being a moderator allows them to help improve the overall experience for everyone. Also being a moderator is a way to gain valuable experience in online community management, conflict resolution, or even customer service. It’s a way to build skills that could be useful for future roles in digital spaces.
