My account has been permanently banned from playing all Stake Poker Games for using 'bots' and similar technology which I have never used and furthermore do not have any such technology downloaded on any of my 2 devices I use to access Stake, which is my Samsung Fold 3 and Apple Mac Air. I will firstly attach the communications that were made by myself & live support: ME: Hi, I was playing poker a cash game $0.80/cents poker and then I decided to leave with my winnings to wager on original games, I then decided to go back to the table and wanted to buy in for the minimum amount of $0.80/cents but the system kept taking $4.80 from my total balance. This continued twice before I left the room and returned, I then refreshed my page hoping it would go back to normal however it took $4.80 from my balance when I entered the table. I continued to play the first hand, then during this hand I received a notification that I have been blocked from playing by administration. I do not understand what I have done wrong for me to be blocked from playing poker as I usually do and I follow all rules. Please help as I'm sure you can see all my playing history. I then proceeded to seek assistance from [email protected] and basically explained everything again, whilst continuing to NOT know exactly what I had done wrong to receive the ban: ME: Hello I am requesting assistance to un-ban my account from playing any poker games on stake.com. So, it was approximately 9:53pm(NZ Time) and I had just successfully won approximately $4.25 as placing 12th(i think) in the Freeroll Poker Tournament which started at 8pm(NZ time), I then decided to play a Poker Cash game in the $0.80/cents Poker Cash games, I entered with the minimum amount of $0.80 (*successfully) and then added $1.20 to my balance, I then won approximately $2.80 then my balance totalled approximately $4.80, I then decided to leave with my winnings to play and wager on the keno original game I was previously playing. I then decided to go back to the table, as I proceeded to enter the table again, with the minimum amount of $0.80/cents to be deducted, the system entered the table with $4.80 which subsequently deducted from my total balance. I did not start or play any hands at this point, I exited the table before my poker hand was drawn as I did not want to play/risk too much money. I then entered the table once again, and proceeded to pay the $0.80 minimum required to play in the table, however! At this point, once again, $4.80 was deducted from my balance and NOT $0.80 which is the minimum required to play in this table and therefore my total balance for the table was approximately $4.80. This continued and happened 3 times before I left the room then returned, on the fourth attempt, I then refreshed my page once I was in the poker room hoping it would go back to normal, however, the system once again deducted $4.80 from my balance when I entered to compete at the table. At this point, (after 3 times and refreshing my page), I continued to play the first hand with my balance of my hand being $4.80, then during the first playing hand, I received a notification that I have been permanently blocked from playing ANY POKER GAMES by administration! I immediately contacted live support to have this issue rectified as I presumed this was the issue that flagged my account initially. (I have attached all communications with live support in attachments). I was then informed by live support that my Poker account has been PERMANENTLY DISABLED! Live support regretted to inform me that SPECIFIC activity associated with my account and has been flagged by stake.com’s team in charge and monitoring system. The decision was in accordance with sections 1.3 and 1.4 of our Poker Terms of Service. I will outline these here: 1.3. Unethical and Unfair Behavior (i) Stake reserves the right at its absolute discretion to determine when player behavior or activity is unethical or unfair (without any liability to you whatsoever), which includes, but is not limited to, gameplay exhibiting the following: (a) collusion, chip-dumping and ‘whipsawing’; (b) in-Poker Game decisions being made with the use of real-time advice or third-party software, instead of solely by the player; (c) use the website chat or third-party messaging systems to collude, or otherwise gain a mutual advantage; and (d) any other behavior or activity which Stake considers unacceptable or inappropriate. (ii) Unethical Behavior is strictly prohibited on Stake.com. Banned just from Stake Poker, with no specific explanation given by live support or anyone else I tried to contact. I've read over sections 1.3 and 1.4 multiple times, and am certain that I never violated any of Stake's terms. I tried asking them for reasons, to contact a supervisor or someone on the team in charge, and even the hands in which they believe I violated sections 1.3 and 1.4. Wasn't allowed anything. Got the exact same message about being blocked by the Admin. I also really enjoyed Stake Poker but doesn't seem like anything will change. I hope they fix their systems because it's clearly wrongly banning multiple users who have done nothing wrong. Definitely post again if you hear about it happening to anyone else/you have any updates!

They just ban out of the blue with claims that can't be shown, proven, disputed What was the point of directing you to the email for further assistance and then they give the exact same response!! Absolutely disgusting. This means any of us can be kicked out at any time for trumped charges if the "internal team in charge" so decides.

And since we'll never know, they're never going to make right with all the people that are wrongfully banned.

Lmfao, what was the point directing me to further non-existent support?! And @Jolin123 if Stake Poker is still in Beta phase, I wouldn't expect so many permanent bans of Stake members and I agree with you, it's unlikely they will make right with this. Shameless Stake, Shameless! Needless to say... I've taken my poker money elsewhere! Happy Gambling 👍🤑

Then I didn't even open the page for almost a month. One night, out of boredom, when I looked to join a free poker tournament, I saw a warning message saying that I was banned. The strange part is, when I researched why and how this happened, I got the same answers as above. The funny thing was that a poker bonus was added to my account just 4 days later. I don't have any multi accounts. I do not use 3rd part cod claim premium claim or hunt or other bots that many others use. Basically the decision is final and there is nothing I can do. The odd thing is they didn't ban me from playing stake cash. If I did someone wrong to get banned with fake cash, why would they let me play for real cash. Only thing I can think of is they want me to go to my only option - spend money.

There is no doubt they have a problem with their software that detects cheating/chip dumping/collusion. They just do not seem to care about investigating anything. Keep in mind I am only banned from GC poker. Stake is more than happy to let me play for real SC poker which makes no sense if they feel I cheated in some way. i was playing 200K GC buy in with full tables. I check back often an no one is playing those stakes anymore so I am guessing many people were banned.

Recently, I've noticed that some accounts, either newly created or non-wager accounts, that seem to know the outcome in advance. They go all-in preflop with terrible cards and miraculously hit a straight, or something strong I paid close attention to their behavior, and they fold most of the time, not like the typical all-in bingo poker players. But then, they suddenly call an all-in preflop with terrible cards and somehow hit a straight. And like i said almost every time when this happens it is a non wager or new account
