Account Restriction

3 weeks ago i deposited approx. 7 ETH to my Stake account to bet on League of Legends Worlds tournament, before i could place any bets my account was restricted and was put on something called "withdraw-only mode" and Stake wanted me to do Level 3 and 4 verifications, i've quickly and succesfully done these verifications, my account was and still is in withdraw-only mode, funny thing in this mode you can't withdraw, you can't bet, you can't use the chat, you can't even use fun play. I contacted the support team and the [email protected] e-mail more than 20 times, always getting the same (probably automated) response of "please more patience, we are reviewing".

They never told me the reason for this restriction, they are not letting me withdraw the funds i deposited and haven't even bet with yet. I would have won all my bets betting on T1 and then withdraw my ETH's to buy lots of other crypto tokens waaay cheaper before they pumped a lot recently too, but at this point i'm not even after what i missed out on and simply want to withdraw my funds that are being held hostage without even being given a reason and even after i provided everything Stake asked for and done level 3 and 4 verification.

Anyone else went through something like this that can help me? because all live chat support does is tell me to email [email protected] and my emails there only get a response of "please wait more"

hi, I'm in the same situation as you, 2 weeks ago, I received an email for a 200% wager, i deposit 1K $ , I saw my account restricted just after i received the 200% bonus,  no longer allowed to bet original, play slot or sports bet... I didn't even bet 1 cent.

i'm plat 4 and on stake since 4 years... i have send all docs,  i m still waiting my lvl 3 and 4 verification ( still under review ).

I think in level 2 and 3 you should identify through Aadhar and Driving License, Voter Card, Family ID. Along with this, in level 4 you should take PAN card and bank statement for the source of money.And it should be ensured that the address and name data of all of them are same. In this way every player from India can easily get his ID verified All these are documents issued by the government Every citizen has to get it made as soon as he turns 18 years old Stake should pay attention to this

Guys the issue is not getting verified, i'm already verified, i submitted the required documents and they got approved. The issue is even after i provided them with everything and it's been more than 3 weeks and i'm still unable to wtihdraw with nothing else to do.

I have also never used a wager bonus or any promotional offer, my account is quite old and has Gold VIP too.

You lose money , glitch your account if u win too much ,u increase bet size u lose , restrictions that they decide on whom by themselves for no reason at all 

Site can't handle too much traffic so mirror sites, which will have some bug or delayed updates 

Stake can't find multiple account holders that actually need to be banned

Same philipino guy getting picked on discord groups every Saturday and they haven't noticed or choose to ignore i don't know 

Streamer accounts making money every single time 

What we get? We get 5 or 10 percent bonus of the amount we lost

I have the same issue but my docs still under process of chek.

Did they tell you after completed the verify levels why you cannot get back control over your funds?

No they asked for similar documents to be sent to [email protected] even after getting the website one verified and never told me why and now they are just saying they are "reviewing" and i should wait patiently.

Have you seen others like us to have had the same issue and they could make it and got their account and funds control back and how much time it take for them or we just fucked up and say goodby, My balance is 9.500$🤡

My bad this shit confused me so much, i tried to many times with the level 3-4 verification and they never ever accept any of them over 20 times until they sent me to try again 24 h later🤡🤡🤡
