Missing My Manchester Derby Bonus: What's Going On?

I was "one legged" by Manchester United, missing out on winning over $1,000. While others received bonuses before the Manchester Derby, I did not. As a long-term and loyal client, consistently in the red, I'm frustrated by this treatment. This year, and especially December, has been extremely challenging for me. It's not about receiving a $15 bonus—it's not even about the money, but about how a loyal client is treated. Does a bonus outweigh the loyalty of a client who enjoys playing on your platform monthly, mostly at a loss? Please clarify what's happening.
