Complaint Against @lay666 for Abuse of Power and Abuse of Rains

I am writing to report a serious issue concerning moderator lay666's behavior in the chat. This moderator has been consistently abusing their power to manipulate rain distributions unfairly, favoring themselves and their friends while unjustly banning other users.
Key points of concern:

Misinterpretation of rules: The moderator incorrectly interprets chat rules regarding rain mentions, using this as a pretext to ban users who are simply trying to engage in conversation.

Selective enforcement: While regular users face harsh penalties for indirect mentions of rain, the moderator's friends are allowed to make similar comments without consequences.

Disproportionate rain reception: In a recent observation, the moderator received 2 out of 3 rain events within an hour, suggesting a pattern of self-favoritism.

Suppression of new users: The moderator appears to target newcomers to the chat, possibly to reduce competition for rain donations.

Inconsistent application of rules: The moderator's actions contradict standard chat etiquette and fairness principles, creating a hostile environment for many users.

This behavior not only violates the spirit of community guidelines but also undermines the integrity of the chat platform.
We request a thorough investigation into lay666's moderation practices and appropriate action to ensure fair treatment for all chat participants.

Go check my original post, bro. I entered the chat and was talking with the guys while waiting for a freeroll poker tournament. Then I saw that the rain distributed $12 instead of $1, which surprised me, and I was instantly banned. 

Additionally, it's been more than 4 hours since the ban. It seems the disgruntled moderator has once again abused their power and extended my mute for a much longer period.

upd. 5 minutes after my post I've been unmuted. 
but is it okay to be a mod who abuses rains? 

I have a feeling he'll face absolutely no consequences for his actions. The platform likely lacks proper oversight, and moderators like him can continue to abuse their power without any real accountability. prove me wrong.

In my opinion, you can't overuse Rains. it has its limits. Once you reach that limit, there are unwritten criteria or eligibility requirements that may result in an undisclosed 7-day restriction.

You should rather deposit than worry about 2$ rains. Commenting on rains in chat is unnessesary and probably annoying for those who didnt recieve.  This rule is there to keep the chat clean. If those who recieve is celebrating every time then there will be alot of envy and negativity and clutters the chat. If you are only in chat to recieve rains then it is mutable. I dont see the moderator is doing anything wrong here 🤷‍♂️ you expect the moderator not to be in chat while doing his job? Ofc he will recieve random rains like everyone else that meets the requirement.

Dont say you have read the rules when you clearly havent. 

How can you expect a moderator to enforce rules witout being in chat ? He has the same chance to recieve like everyone else. Ofc he will recieve more because he is in chat more than others. Its his job to be there. 

 

This guy boni you mention did break the rule, do not complain about missed rain. Saying "Rain passed me by" 

 

His friend did not break any rules saying he has rain turned off. 

Good thing not everyone is suited to be moderator. He did everything right ☺️

Just an useless topic. I don't think there is a means by which rain can be controlled. Stop spreading BS and good luck with your game play

Yeah this guy seems to think the chat moderators control who gets rain and who doesn't and also ANY talk about rain at all in chat is restricted for a reason.

You commented about rain being $12 instead of $1. That's still rain-talk.

Like the picture that @GanXtahposted, rainbot is not a person neither or have feelings whatsoever so don't thank the rainbot. It's distributed to those who meet the reqs and it's completely random, moderators can't do shit. 

In the end mods do get quite often but not because of the reason you think. They're in there all day moderating chat and actively talking. They're bound to get several rains in a row, same as normal players who's active there.
