Made an official Complaint about 18 months ago..

Apparently, investigations haven't been completed yet !!

I would start thinking about sending a report to the Authorities in Curacao.

They won't get involved with disputes over gameplay etc.

But it is certainly within their remit to intervene where Money is being withheld illegally.

Even in Curacao, this practice is unlawful !

Yea if you use a kyc exchange such as binance it will help in these situations as thier support team regularly communicates with stake also. It doesnt hurt that BSC network is free either🤣
