I was on Table 3, and the game glitched when the last seat was deciding. After waiting 5 minutes, new players took our spots, and the round was canceled. The dealer said the issue affected all tables, and no one could sit down. I waited 30 minutes before leaving. An hour later, I contacted support for a refund of my €44 bet, but they acted unaware of the issue and asked for a game ID or round ID, but both were missing, even in my bet history on stake. I'm afraid I won't get refunded since there is no transaction. The only proof is that my balance dropped 44 euros without a reason I'm still waiting a reply from Tech team from Stake. But this live bet is something else. There's no trace of it. What I hate the most is that the provider's support acts like the issue didn't happen. It lasted for at least 30 minutes. Every dealer at all tables were just sitting there, doing nothing except apologising for the inconvenience. Since all tables were affected, I raised this topic to see if someone else is in the same situation. The worst part is that there is no game ID or round ID registered for this hand. or stake bet id which is super strange. I hope it gets resolved, and we get our money back and not act like it never happened. At my table, there was also someone with BJ. They asked for the game ID and round ID, but it wasn’t registered. Meanwhile, the money was deducted from my balance with no refund. They told me to contact Stake. I haven’t received a reply from Stake for three days. There’s no ETA; they just said they would reach out to me. I’m afraid they won’t refund my money because they might claim there’s no bet ID, even though my balance dropped by 44 euros for no reason

I know your case is different, but here I gave casino all proof that transaction was successful, but they are acting like idiot and doing nothing. So if you feel support fix everything, Evolution gaming is biggest morons in this class, they don't do it. Hope you recover your money but I doubt they will.

For me doesn't matter the amount. it's enough that we are always loosing. i don't want to lose money that i don't even gamble with And 44 after-all, it's bigger than most of my weekly bonuses 😂 Got it back, baby!
