Curious about Stake/Primedice history in a nutshell (Australia/Serbia)

I was wondering if someone can help me understand the logistical and geographical development over time that has lead us to the path of Stake.com
                                                                                                                            
I never played PrimeDice so I haven't been exposed to the community and thus the background information regarding it.
                                                                                 
I realized from the Edward stream the other day for stake anniversary that his english was very "curious" sounding, as I was under the assumption that stake headquarters being based in Serbia thus he as well being in Serbia/and or Serbian. So i was surprised when i first started watching the stream, also a little puzzled trying to piece some things together to build a mental map or timeline of things.
                                                                                                       
So i guess there is no point in saying what I thought was the scenario and let you guys fill me in on what you actually know about the history of stake and its partners around the world.
From my understanding, Mladen is a part owner? and so is Edward. I have heard of a few other characters such as one who goes by Spike i think, oh i also have heard some talks about the the development team being based in Australia as well. So any dev issues gets zipped cross the world to the land of down under to be processed (which now makes sense why things take sometimes long, rather than everyone being based in one office location) but anyways,... i digress...

So i guess lets keep the theme of the discussion, at least initially, regarding the 2 countries Australia and Serbia, how and why are they related, has it always been like that? It all is assumed started from prime dice, so maybe there may even be a similar thread about history over yonder which you guys can link me to to check out.

Their first site was Primedice (2013), Ed and Stunna are the owners (that's what I know). Ed is an Aussie, the admin and dev team is based on Australia, the support team is based on Serbia. Mladen became the head of the support team and is now the CEO of PD.

I use join stake before 9 months and primedice like 4,5 months I don't know about this I also want to know about this I just know Eddie is the owner of both sites and primedice old then stake site

hmm from what i know or what i think i know pd and take are owned by 3 peeps ( eddie is one of them ) 
and also about the serbian thing 
i also think eddie is from serbia but not cuz of his english but because of his name ''eddie miroslav''
miroslav is typical name for serbia and this country around it  
he might be a serbian who moved to aus when he was young or something like that i dunno  
also the dev team makes sense 
like if eddie move to aus then when he made stake with his friend he prob was in serbia which means his friends was there as well so they made the team there so owner cool be there  and if u are a gambling website owner i guess you would like your dev team to be close to you 
so he hired people in aus to make stuff easier when something need to be fixed or whatever 
instead of talking on the phone he is talking with them eye to eye

I am not sure about the history of the two sites, let alone about the office primedice and stake, and I have only heard of Australia but not for Serbia. I'm still new here, I joined Primedice in March 2019 and joined stake in April 2019 and as I know Eddie is the site owner

I never find out about the background of the founding of stake or primedice, however I know that primedice was founded by Stunna and until now it is still led by Stunna, while its location I do not know,
while edward is a stake leader. Full Stakeholder, but I don't really know that Eddy is from Australia? is it true that eddy came from australia?
