Climbing The Stake VIP Ladder bonus

@Stake Casino @Eddie  @Steve hello sir I have one doubt why stake doing this ,  I didn’t got any ladder bonus when I was till platinum1 level that time stake sharing At least 3 to 4 climbing vip ladder bonus but after I reached platinum 2 from that time from November I didn’t received any Climbing VIP ladder bonuses in October I received 3 ladder bonus and in November I received 5 ladder bonus, but from that time i didn’t received single one , I’m playing regularly depositing high amounts increasing my level but not a single bonuses on email when I chat with customer care they only saying that ( this promotions handled by marketing team we cannot do anything) this is the reply of stake customer service team, my current Level is Platinum 2 (36.34%) , I’m attaching the bonuses screen shot that previously I received till November 6th, on 31st October received 3 bonus on 4th November received 3 bonus and on 6th November received 1 bonus and on 20th November received 1 bonus and that bonus on 20th November is very low amount as compare to other ladder bonuses kindly cheak and please clear this doubt that I have from past 2 months.
