Biggad хороший модератор, за много лет его работы не заметил нечего плохо. А на оборот, человек позитивный, весёлый, а когда кто то нарушает правила всегда наказание по справедливости. Такие люди нужны, проверенные годами роботы.

A new person is better - it was necessary to hold re-elections a long time ago. We need new people - with new people - work is more modernized. This does not apply to Nastya and Ruslana.

I have no opinion about his person.

But a few months ago I got a week(!!!) ban for a single emoji in the chat. In other chats (sports, English, Finnish) this never happened. I have an opinion about why it was done and why the ban was so long. If my thoughts are correct - all moderators of the Russian chat should be replaced. I hope I'm wrong.

This case also had a positive effect on the current moderators, their actions became less repressive, they learned to warn with text and explain. At the same time, unfortunately, this confirms my theory...

Уважаемая администрация, хочу выразить свое недовольство по поводу действий модератора Biggad. Моё личное взаимодействие с ним оставило крайне негативное впечатление.

 

В одном из случаев он наложил на меня бан, обвинив в нарушении правил и обсуждении запрещённых тем, при этом никаких доказательств мне предоставлено не было. Это выглядит как злоупотребление полномочиями и вызывает серьёзные вопросы к его объективности.

 

Подобное поведение не соответствует стандартам честной и справедливой модерации. Вместо конструктивного диалога он прибегал к односторонним решениям, создавая впечатление, что мнение пользователей и реальные обстоятельства не имеют значения.

 

Считаю, что модерация должна быть прозрачной, справедливой и обоснованной, чего, к сожалению, не было продемонстрировано в данном случае.

Прошу администрацию. Вернуть Biggad, достаточно опытный справедливый модератор. Как бы вам о нем плохого не говорили. Но с ним всегда был порядок. Справедливость всегда на его стороне. Администрация приглядитесь, пожалуйста, к вашему решению, не делайте поспешных выводов. Верните! Biggad!!!
