First of all, let's get to the point, without a bunch of rubbish (that's later):

I'm 5 platinum and I've been playing less lately. I don't have $50.000 / month anymore, and because of that I don't have a connection with a VIP host.

VIP host wrote to me that I am still eligible for birthday bonusES.

But this is a scam, I did not receive bonus for account's birthday.

For those who don't know - this bonus is available from 4 platinum.

If you say that he meant my happy birthday bonus only, that's nonsense, since from his formulations clear, that he meant all birthday bonuses.

And it's not fair that for example I play less for several months, but I played normally all year, and I don't get the reward that is given once a year for poor activity in this month? Hmm... BUT CLAIM IS NOT IN THIS, since these are only thoughts. The claims are in what I described above.

Support on Stake indirectly admitted that I was right, but they said that site support couldn't do anything, since his couldn't influence VIP hosts in any way. They can't help at all if something is connected with a VIP host, I've noticed this for a long time ago. They don't get involved there.

BONUS:

Okay - and I'll describe a little bit what happens when a VIP host leaves you. It's hilarious! He bans you from his VIP host group with news and so on. LOL. And then ignores you if you write him something, for example ask him something. It really feels like you've been cheated 😁 Without any explanation, the message you see above was the last message from him. He didn't say - that I won't answer anymore, or anything like that)) Full sudden ignoring and ban.

My advice is don't play, as soon as you start depositing less money to them they wipe their feet on you, you can feel it when you reduce your deposits. Obvious things - but they will give you some pennies only when you give them 100 times more $$$.

Hello there @AlexSemay

Users get birthday bonuses only for their real birthday, it seems that you are referring to your Stake birthday which is just your anniversary (the day when you joined Stake) and we do not offer any bonus for such anniversaries. More information regarding birthday bonuses can be found here: https://help.stake.com/en/articles/7218374-birthday-bonus-common-questions?q=Birthday+bonus

Kind regards.

This is a lie. Exist. From 4 platinum. Bonus by VIP hosts.

For ACCOUNT birthday. Not a real birthday.

I asked in chat, all high ranks confirmed it to me.

LOL, they themselves don't know how Stake works. Workers like this - I recognize level of Stake casino) No one gives a damn

As I already said - bonus for "account birthday" (the day when you joined Stake) exists, but it is only from 4 platinum. And it is issued by a VIP host.
I am 5 platinum.
VIP host - scam me.
He wrote that I will receive "birthday bonuSES".

Without additional elaboration, it 100% sounds like I should get this bonus, but ALAS. Nothing.

i mean... to be fair.. all it says is "birthday bonuses"
You've interpreted that to mean account birthday.
Whereas there is nothing to actually confirm that. They simply could have (and it seems like) meant just your actual real life birthday bonuses from here on out.

Sorry, but it does not sound like you should get cakeday bonus from this..

The plural ending for each bonus is because you can get several. For birthday bonuses it's obvious for upcoming birthdays the next couple of years, and not just your first.

Don't mix cakeday and birthday.
